Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This remote position is ideal for those with no prior experience, and we're committed to providing comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service through live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Engage with website visitors, providing prompt and helpful responses to their queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor, even under pressure, to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts
