What will you do as a Customer Service Representative?
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for:

- Answering a wide range of customer queries, from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance
- Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
