About the Role: Customer Experience Champion II

As a Customer Experience Champion II, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be responsible for resolving customer needs through first-contact resolution, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth through strategic customer interactions. Your goal will be to turn every contact into a sell or save opportunity, providing a premium experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer concerns, educating customers on device-related inquiries and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Embody the Service Plus mindset, resolving customer concerns and anticipating future needs to prevent repeat contacts.
  • Provide exceptional experiences through discovery, targeted recommendations, and leveraging customer-specific insights to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Navigate systems, tools, and resources to provide billing explanations, resolve complex issues, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, advocating for our customers and highlighting the benefits of our products and services to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Practice business acumen, making decisions that balance the best interests of the company, customers, and fellow employees.
  • Identify plans and services that meet customer needs, preventing future contacts and driving long-term customer loyalty.

Where You'll Work: Remote Role with Flexible Scheduling

This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home, with occasional in-person training and meetings. You'll need to have a dedicated quiet and private workspace, meeting our home office requirements, including a minimum internet speed of 25mbps and a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem. Our home office requirements are designed to ensure you have the tools and resources you need to succeed in this role.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Private workspace with a dedicated desk and chair
  • Minimum internet speed of 25mbps (monetary stipend may be provided)
  • Direct connection to a cable or fiber modem (wireless, satellite, or DSL not acceptable)
  • Ability to self-manage in a remote work environment, including setup of company-provided computer equipment and ongoing management of your home network and connections

What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of customer service experience
  • One or more years of sales experience, with a strong sales acumen and track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience resolving complex customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
  • Meet all home office requirements, including a private workspace and minimum internet speed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
  • Experience with Google's G-Suite (e.g., Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, applications, network, and device issues
  • Experience promoting and upselling products or services, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
