Role Highlights

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect a rewarding and challenging role that offers a range of benefits, including:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour, with opportunities for bonus earnings
  • A one-time certification bonus of $310, awarded upon successful completion of our comprehensive training program
  • A limited-time Turbo Bonus Boost of $5.00 per hour, available from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available
  • Flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose your own hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
  • A fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a minimum of 30 hours per week required, and the option to work more hours if desired
  • Continuous support and guidance from our experienced team, including a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) as your advocate

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to arenaflex customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding our tax software products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with basic navigation, downloading, logging in, and importing documents, as well as printing and filing
  • Addressing basic tax-related questions, and escalating complex issues to our expert team as needed
  • Providing empathetic and personalized support, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported
  • Collaborating with our internal teams, including SMEs and MPS, to resolve customer issues and improve our overall service delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • No prior accounting or tax experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on driving innovation and providing top-notch support
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote work environment
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in using computer software and technology to resolve customer issues

Preferred Qualifications
