Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Live Chat Agent/Support Specialist/Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and professional customer support through online chat platforms, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Managing multiple chats simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a high level of productivity while ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Accurately documenting chat interactions, escalating issues when necessary, and following up with customers to ensure resolution
  • Navigating internal systems to retrieve relevant information and offering solutions tailored to each customer's needs
  • Assisting with processing orders, handling billing inquiries, or providing product recommendations based on customer requests

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a remote or online environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Proficiency in using online chat platforms, email, and other digital communication tools

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
