Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of the pricing analytics and operations team through audits and process improvement activities. As a key member of our team, you will audit operations teams and system outputs, suggest and implement process and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends. Your primary focus will be on auditing, tracking, and maintaining the quality metrics of assigned processes, and you will interact with various teams, including business, automation, and technology teams, to drive operational and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit operations teams and system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Suggest and implement process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
- Audit, track, and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes
- Interact with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve process goals and objectives
