Paired, the #1 global couples app trusted by millions, is seeking a talented CRM & Ecommerce Designer to join us on a remote, part-time contract basis. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on designer/developer to directly impact our growth by crafting stunning, performant customer journeys across email (Braze) and our Shopify store.If you have a strong portfolio in B2C ecommerce, are proficient in Braze (or Klaviyo/Iterable), Shopify, HTML/CSS/JS , and want to apply your skills to a mission of helping couples stay in love, we want you on our team. You’ll be a strategic thought partner, owning creative from concept to launch for major campaigns and optimising the user experience for our new range of therapist-backed physical products.About Paired: We are on a mission to help couples stay in love. We are a fully remote team that values inclusivity, innovation, and the power of strong relationships—both for our users and our team.Your Mission: To design and build high-impact, on-brand creative assets and seamless user experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty across our CRM channels and ecommerce store.Key Responsibilities:Own the complete design and build lifecycle for high-performing email campaigns, in-app messages, and push notifications in Braze , ensuring quality from concept to final QA.Produce polished, campaign-ready visual assets for key moments like Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, and product launches, adapting a personal (not salesy) brand voice.Design, build, and optimise landing pages and sections on our Shopify store, applying UX best practices for clarity, conversion, and mobile-first responsiveness.Translate designs into production-ready, cross-device compatible HTML/CSS/JS and Liquid code for both email and web.Contribute to a reusable library of design modules and templates, using data and feedback to continuously iterate and improve performance.What You Bring (Required Qualifications):Proven experience designing and producing emails for B2C/ecommerce brands .Braze proficiency (or deep experience with Klaviyo/Iterable and a commitment to learning Braze).Strong visual design skills with proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite .Extensive hands-on build skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid .Direct Shopify experience , including building and optimising pages within the platform.A strong portfolio showcasing clean, conversion-driven CRM and/or ecommerce work.A data-aware, optimisation-focused mindset and excellent organisational skills for juggling multiple campaigns.Bonus Qualifications:Experience with Lottie or CSS/JS animation to create engaging motion in emails and on the web.Why Partner with Paired?Your designs will directly support a beloved, mission-driven product used by millions of couples worldwide.A fully remote, part-time schedule (2-3 days per week) offering excellent work-life balance.Earn a strong daily rate (£300-£400) commensurate with your expertise.Work closely with and learn from dedicated CRM, Ecommerce, and Design teams.Play a key role in scaling a successful brand into new physical product offerings.Application Review → Initial Call → Paid Design Task → Team Interviews → Offer.Ready to Design for Love & Growth?
