Key Responsibilities of the role: Lead and manage projects ranging from simple design requests to managing complex print-ready materials. Create impactful and engaging graphics for various marketing, including marketing landing pages, digital ads, email campaigns, booth designs, slide decks, social media posts, and website banners. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to understand project requirements and ensure deliverables meet timelines, brand guidelines, and objectives. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video production to enhance the company’s visual content strategy. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 5 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs, preferably in-house for B2B brands or in a creative digital agency setting working on digital products. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant design and video editing software. Experience with Figma, and Google Apps. Able to multi-task on design projects with a tireless work ethic. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and prioritize projects based on the business calendar. Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Preferred Experience Tech Industry Experience: Previous experience writing for tech products or services is a plus. Print Production: Experience in printer spec language and output, as well as working with outside print vendors and digital production. Video Production: Experience with video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production techniques.
