Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking price quotes, booking reservations, and confirming reservation details

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

  • Availability to work weekend and overnight shifts, with flexibility to adapt to changing call volumes
