Job Summary

As a Translation Program Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality translations for our global organization. Key Responsibilities

* Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal teams and stakeholders, and prioritize tasks accordingly.

• Create and manage translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate project delivery timelines based on project volumes, translation/review process needs, and stakeholder expectations.
• Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements, providing expert guidance to internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors, request feedback from internal stakeholders, and coordinate with vendors for implementation.
• Utilize project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business.
