Job Summary
As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions. Your expertise in statistical modeling, data engineering, and cloud computing will be essential in building and deploying predictive models, data pipelines, and cloud-based data stores.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes
- Build and deploy predictive models, data pipelines, and cloud-based data stores using Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, researchers, and software developers
- Work with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models, predictive forecasting, and optimization models
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes using cloud-based technologies such as Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Design and implement A/B experiments to measure the effectiveness of data-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in statistics, computer science, or a related field
- Strong background in statistical modeling, data engineering, and cloud computing
- Experience with Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant technologies
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as statistics, computer science, or a related field
- Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies
- Experience in Reinforcement Learning and Healthcare applications
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
