Job Summary
As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat on our website and social media platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to help them find the information they need and process their orders successfully. Key Responsibilities
