Job Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat on our website and social media platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to help them find the information they need and process their orders successfully. This is a part-time role that offers flexible working hours, and you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our website and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer questions and provide sales links to help them find the information they need
  • Offer discounts and promotions to customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Process customer orders and resolve simple problems to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work independently and follow instructions to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies

Essential Qualifications
