* Enter and organize user data and organizational information into the system with high accuracy
- Assist the development team in building tools to support data migration and application setup
- Provide support to end users, ensuring their credentials and accounts are properly established
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues
- Work a shift that aligns with assigned divisions (shift options: 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST)
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are a plus
- Any Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support experience is a bonus
