Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing, you will play a vital role in supporting the Construction Department at arenaflex. This part-time position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, as you will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying GL coding, and performing various administrative tasks. Essential Job Functions

* Process all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Verify GL coding, create and route Purchase Orders as needed
  • Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval
  • Electronically and physically file invoices processed as needed
  • Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties as required

Physical Requirements

* Remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day

  • Occasionally move about inside the office
  • Operate a computer and other office productivity equipment

Job Qualifications

* Experience in data entry with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision required
  • 10-key by touch preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with various office equipment
  • Must pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
