What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as business, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ Years of Experience: In a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a track record of success in driving operational excellence and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends, and to develop and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
