Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service professional to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Front End Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a critical role in our medication dispensing process, working closely with our pharmacists to ensure accuracy and provide exceptional customer service. Day in the Life

As a Front End Pharmacy Technician with arenaflex, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to grow. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll undertake:

• Perform order entry tasks and collaborate with other team members in the medication dispensing process
• Work alongside our pharmacists to ensure accuracy and provide best-in-class customer service
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assist in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
• Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification
• Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
