Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security protocols
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a health care or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft suite
- Detail-oriented
Preferred Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
