Job Overview

In this full-time contract role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and Portuguese, with Spanish speaking skills being an added advantage. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and good organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient customer service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear and concise information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet and exceed customer service metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; AA or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish speaking skills are an added advantage
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in a call center environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems
  • Certifications in customer service, such as CCSP or CCS
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a pay range of $20.00/hr to $21.00/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
