Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a support or service role
  • 2-Year Associate's Degree or 4-Year College Degree

  • Experience in chat support or a related field, with knowledge of intercom and/or other chat platforms
  • Patient, compassionate, and empathetic approach to handling difficult situations and resolving user issues

  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and excellent collaboration skills
