About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our users have an exceptional experience with our app. This is a unique opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization, making a real difference in the lives of our users. The position is a full-time contractor role, requiring 30-40 hours of work per week, with the potential for contract renewal based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch support to our users through live chat messages on our Intercom customer messaging platform, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Collect and relay valuable customer feedback to the arenaflex team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our app and services.
  • Identify potential issues and collaborate with our Development team to resolve them efficiently, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Support various Customer Support projects as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of our team and users.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong fluency in English, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support or a related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk is highly desirable.
  • Coding knowledge is not required but is considered a plus; however, being technically savvy is essential to support our users effectively.
  • A reliably strong internet connection (at least 10 MB/s) and a computer capable of connecting to the web are necessary for this remote contract role.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed, to ensure comprehensive support for our users.
