Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, providing prompt and professional service to all clients.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, using customer support software to track and manage customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication), with a strong understanding of customer support principles and practices.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in an e-commerce or marketing agency environment, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies.
  • Certifications or training in customer support, such as customer service certifications or technical support certifications.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
