Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications
