Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative-Retention (Hybrid) at arenaflex, you'll work in a dynamic, hybrid environment that combines the benefits of working from home with the energy and collaboration of our on-site team. In this multifaceted role, you'll utilize various tools and systems to provide proactive, empathetic, and effective support to our customers, resolving complex issues and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative-Retention (Hybrid) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service with ease and professionalism.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements.
  • Assisting customers with products and services, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, initial setup, configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications.
  • Proactively engaging T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues.
  • Remaining proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters to provide accurate and timely support to customers.
  • Coordinating with all sales channels for retention efforts on our existing customer base.
  • Selling products and services offered by arenaflex to customers, leveraging your knowledge of our offerings to provide best solution options and resolve customer issues.
  • Developing a proven track record of resolving issues and retaining customers through proactive and empathetic support.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management to ensure the success of our customer service team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet is required to support business needs).
  • A workspace that meets our WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.).
  • Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following qualifications and skills will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Call center experience.
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills.
