Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced data entry operator to join our team on a 3rd shift schedule (12:30 AM - 6:30 AM). As a data entry operator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, maintaining high-quality production output, and establishing strong relationships with our team members and clients. Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately keying a minimum of 6,500 keystrokes per hour or typing 55 WPM with 1% or less error rate
- Maintaining knowledge of production processes in assigned area
- Proven commitment to timely and high-quality production output
- Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with assigned team leader, work associates, and clients
- Understanding and carrying out oral and written directions
- Working in a smoke-free environment
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent typing skills (55 WPM or higher)
- 10-key by touch
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality production output
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of production processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
