We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure and data analysis initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC)
• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations
• Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and acting on opportunities to drive improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and business leaders
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and business partners

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical programs
• 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL
• Excellent analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical individuals
• 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders inside and outside of the organization to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, including infrastructure, platform, and software-as-a-service (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
