Job Summary

In this exciting internship opportunity, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer queries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. As a Customer Experience Representative Intern at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone calls and chat processes. Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch support, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and delighted with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking and managing inbound calls and chat processes to understand customers' requirements and provide personalized support.
  • Responding to customer queries via chat and phone calls, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  • Practicing active listening and striving to exceed customer expectations by giving effective solutions to customers' problems and concerns.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution, escalating complex or unresolved issues to the process expert or relevant department as needed.
  • Documenting customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records and data.
  • Proactively identifying trends in customer inquiries and suggesting improvements that can enhance the customer experience, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Assisting customers in resolving post-sales issues, such as technical difficulties or order-related concerns, providing timely and effective support.

To be eligible for this internship, you should:

  • Be available for a work-from-home job/internship, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Be able to start the work-from-home job/internship between 6th Jan'25 and 10th Feb'25, with a commitment to work for a duration of 6 months.
  • Have relevant skills and interests, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a keen desire to learn and grow with our company.
  • Be a fresher looking for a job or an experienced professional seeking a new challenge, with a strong foundation in English proficiency (spoken and written), sales, effective communication, and negotiation and problem-solving skills.
