Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support and customer service to end-users via live chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Leverage knowledge base tools and technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, with a focus on achieving high levels of first call resolution

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to demonstrate active listening, empathy, and advocacy in a fast-paced support environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate and detailed documentation, maintain professionalism, and respond timely to customer inquiries
  • Technical proficiency, with experience leveraging chat tooling and ticketing platforms, providing high-quality end-user technical support, and assessing, triaging, and resolving incidents and requests related to enterprise software and hardware
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong focus on problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
  • Two to five years of chat experience, with a preference for experience in technical support roles or comparable complex and fast-paced work environments
  • High school diploma or GED, with relevant work experience and a strong foundation in customer service and technical support principles

  • Experience working in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of enterprise software and hardware, with experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced support environment

Compensation and Benefits
