As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth clearance of shipments through customs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Retrieve and verify the correct arrangement of products for customs clearance from databases, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
• Perform data entry and processing of various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and may handle all PGA's (participating Government Agencies)
• Maintain and update all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
• Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations
• Collaborate with internal staff, departments, other arenaflex operations, and clients to deliver a high level of service to customers
• Process organization financier shipments
• May handle remote filings
• Ensure all service and organizational policies are followed

Essential Qualifications

• High School Certificate or GED required
• No industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
• Data entry/console experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment (phone, fax, scanner, printer, copier)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to handle a high volume of work and time-sensitive tasks
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
