Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report compilation, and office clerical duties. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Data Entry: Enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Report Compilation: Assemble and reconcile reports, using industry software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Office Clerical Duties: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and other duties as assigned.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Experience and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Organizing and Prioritizing Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Data Entry Experience: At least 1 year of data entry experience, with typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Office Clerk Experience: 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Industry Software Experience: Familiarity with industry software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Physical Demands

As a remote worker, you'll need to be able to:

  • Organize Office Systems: Adjust, connect, lift, pull, push, bend, or fold to maintain proper records development and management.
  • Use Computer and Related Devices: Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation.
  • Sit for Long Periods: Sit for long periods of time, with occasional bending, stooping, or standing.
