As a Full Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work with a variety of vendors to plan vacations, from theme park getaways to destination weddings and cruises. Your main goal is to make every vacation stress-free and enjoyable for our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Travel Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Researching various destinations and travel options to provide clients with the best possible recommendations
• Diagnosing client specifications and suggesting suitable travel packages and/or services
• Organizing travel from beginning to end, including booking flights, hotels, and activities
• Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel materials
• Collecting deposits and managing client payments
• Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional material to sell itineraries and tour packages
• Handling unforeseen issues and determining eligibility for credits/refunds
• Maintaining relationships with key persons and vendors
• Keeping financial statements and documents up-to-date
• Asking for help and guidance when needed

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a plus
• Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Well-versed in various areas of travel, including domestic, international, business, holidays, groups, and individual travel
• Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively
• Demonstrate ability to handle crises and unexpected situations
• Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt
