Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be the face of our company, providing empathetic and personalized support to our customers, resolving their concerns, and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and empathy

  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs, and providing solutions to their concerns
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they're satisfied with the outcome
  • Meet or exceed booking conversion, quality, and productivity goals for inbound calls
  • Work accurately with close attention to detail, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent (HSD or GED)

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, fast food, or hospitality environment (previous experience is not required, but a plus)
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Computer and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to type, talk, and listen while moving between multiple computer screens
  • High-speed internet bandwidth with the capability to plug into a modem
  • Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual Spanish language skills (pay rate: $15.50/hour)

  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

Benefits and Perks

* Competitive hourly rate: $15-$16/hour (bilingual Spanish: $15.50/hour)

  • Opportunity to earn a $1/hour increase after approximately 90 days
  • $50/month internet allowance

Training Schedule

* Training will take place from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break

  • Multiple shifts will be available after training, including one weekend day
