Your goal will be to ensure that our customers have a memorable and intelligent chat experience at every turn, and you will be responsible for assisting customers with general questions, emergency assistance, and escalating complex needs to dedicated day teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through chat, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish for our customers
• Become an expert on the Melon platform and help customers navigate through its features
• Triage general questions and emergency assistance, and escalate complex needs to dedicated day teams
• Ensure a seamless customer experience, including warm handovers in cases of escalation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and provide a memorable and intelligent chat experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the Melon platform and the travel industry

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• At least 3 months of experience with arenaflex and Sabre experience
• A proven track record of success and a willingness to take on new challenges
• An interest in driving technological advancement and innovation in the SME business
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into simple messages
• A customer-focused approach, with a drive to provide an impeccable experience for our clients
