Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Customer Support:

Provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, or in-person, addressing a range of inquiries and concerns related to our services and products.

Data Entry:

Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.

Clerical Tasks:
