Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Pega CDH Developer to join our team on a 100% remote basis for a minimum of 6 months. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business processes, strategies, and rules using Pega CDH v8.8. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us deliver innovative solutions that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement business processes, strategies, and rules using Pega CDH v8.8

• Lead the design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, analytical models (Adaptive, Predictive, VBD), Alert Designer, Action & Offer Management life cycle, Propensities, Scoring and Modeling (CAR and so on), Customer interaction history, Profiles, Journeys, identification and matching
• Develop and maintain class structure/hierarchy/use case design and data model to extend Pega framework(s)
• Create new treatment groups, classes, properties, data elements within Pega
• Evaluate the impact of change requests to logic and update the design document as necessary
• Build and update Decisioning components (decision table, scorecard, filter, strategy set, switch, and ranking), update Decisioning strategies and design
• Develop custom systems integration solution components as dictated by business requirements
• Apply design principles of decisioning strategies, Next Best Action, and Predictive analysis
• Integrate with APIc (Azure) and other secure file transfer technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions within a structured time frame
• Perform deployment and code-merge activities
• Work with business and technology teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment

Essential Qualifications

* Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) with strong Decisioning expertise

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Pega CDH v8.8
• Strong understanding of business processes, strategies, and rules
• Experience with Agile methodology and SAFe methodology
• Hands-on testing experience within Pega 8.x platform(s)
• Good communication and collaborative skills
• Experience working with offshore teams in an onshore/offshore support model
• Experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of experience working with PostgreSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2, and other database types

• 1-3 years of experience and working knowledge in SalesForce Marketing/Service cloud
• 1-3 years of experience and working knowledge in APIc (AWS), Benz (AWS), Braze (SaaS) technologies and authentication protocols
• Experience in IVR Technologies like AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot, etc.

* Strong understanding of Pega CDH v8.8 and its features

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with Agile methodology and SAFe methodology
• Hands-on testing experience within Pega 8.x platform(s)
• Good working experience and skills required to apply design principles of decisioning strategies, Next Best Action, and Predictive analysis
