Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chat support. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, resolving customer inquiries, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers, both in English and Spanish (bilingualism is a plus)
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Work in a remote setting, with regular virtual meetings and check-ins with the team
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, professional, and friendly voice
- Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in Spanish and English (a plus)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
- Experience working in a remote or virtual setting

Schedule
