Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will shape their perception of our brand. We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible individual who is able to work a reduced hour schedule, which may start and end outside of normal business hours. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a reduced hour schedule, which may start and end outside of normal business hours
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
