Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our pharmacy services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including data entry, order processing, and customer communication
• Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
• Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
• Previous experience in pharmacy, with a preference for LTC pharmacy experience
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge (a plus)
• Great telephone etiquette and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

• Experience with data entry software and systems
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
