Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our data-driven initiatives and drive business growth for arenaflex AppleCare Support. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics strategies, driving business insights, and optimizing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to develop and implement data analytics strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences

• Develop and maintain complex data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and identify business insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement data-driven initiatives
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate business insights and drive decision-making
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to optimize operational efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and customers

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field

• Master's degree in business administration, data science, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
• Proven experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of statistical techniques, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven insights to drive business growth

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Certification in data science, business intelligence, or related field (e.g. Certified Data Scientist, Certified Business Intelligence Analyst)
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
