Position Purpose
As an Experienced Product Principal - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains, driving business value through the production of quality products. You'll work closely with Product Directors and cross-functional program leaders to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in generating innovative ideas for growth within your designated enterprise product line and across the Product management organization.
Key Responsibilities

Delivery and Execution (10%):
Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and Impacted Teams to ensure a clear path to scope is known and aligned. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products align with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
Strategy and Planning (60%):
Partner with Cross-Functional Programs or Technology Portfolios to align outcomes. Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams. Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
Team and Stakeholder (30%):
Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.

* Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements
* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

* Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications
* Must be eighteen years of age or older.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is between $125,000 - $250,000. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
