Job Description:

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Provider Services Representatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution with healthcare providers, while meeting or exceeding performance goals in a constantly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to Provider offices and answer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service

  • Investigate, conduct research, and analyze Customer data for outreach to ensure accurate and timely communication
  • Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email) to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate on projects of limited scope and complexity, following established procedures and guidelines

Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills:

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals, both individually and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
  • Effective listening and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach
