Your Role in Detail

As a Text Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on our website. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support agents when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly tone in all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless support and service

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services (training provided)
