About the Role: Customer Engagement and Support Assistant

We're seeking an ambitious and charismatic Customer Engagement and Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing support and guidance to prospective consumers, and helping to drive business growth through strategic relationship-building. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create exceptional customer experiences by actively listening to customers' needs, addressing their concerns, and overcoming objections
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers receive personalized solutions that meet their unique requirements
  • Handle customer complaints and problems with professionalism, respect, and empathy, escalating issues when necessary
  • Implement marketing directives and sales strategies on a local level, engaging consumers and developing relationships with our brand
  • Track and report measures of success in the market, collaborating on new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and drive new business
  • Work closely with upper-level management, sales teams, and compliance departments to evaluate customer service tactics, discuss ways to improve closing ratios, and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Attend training sessions, networking events, and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Expand into a recruiting capacity, learning to teach and train others while executing personal tasks and contributing to team goals

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in customer service, client relationship management, and sales, preferably within the wireless or construction industry

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $950.00 - $1,150.00 per week, depending on experience. You'll also have access to:
