Growing together. Position in this function provides real-time remote documentation support to physicians and advanced practice providers during patient encounters. Accurately transcribe medical histories, review of systems, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans into electronic health records, allowing providers to focus on patient care. Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and timely while maintaining strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards. This role requires solid medical terminology knowledge, excellent listening and typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment. • High school diploma or GED
• Medical Knowledge - Solid understanding of medical terminology

Preferred Qualification:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, biology, health sciences, or a related field

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
