Job Overview

In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location
  • Support and motivate our hourly workforce to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
  • Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as required
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, as required
  • Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather
  • Continuously climb and descend stairs, as required (applies to sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of logistics and operations management
  • Experience working in a team environment and leading or mentoring others
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, an asset
