The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative Agent - Work From Home Part-Time Focus Group Panelists, you'll have the unique opportunity to participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments. With most of our paid focus group studies, you'll have the option to participate remotely online or in-person, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Compensation
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy competitive compensation for your participation in our focus group studies. You can earn up to $750 per week, with rates ranging from $75-$150 per hour for single-session studies and $300-$750 for multi-session studies.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Show up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
- Participate by completing written and oral instructions
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to the meeting date
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary
