Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and driving customer satisfaction in our operations network. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
* Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
* Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and to the right location
* Working in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions, and being able to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
* Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts and working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
* Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
