Key Responsibilities

Hours of Operation and Commitment

Our hours of operation are Monday to Sunday, 4 AM - 5 PM PST. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be required to commit to 10 hours per week, with 5 of those hours being self-scheduled on the weekend. This is a 90-day opportunity, and your flexibility and availability to work varying shifts, including weekends, will be essential.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Data entry experience, with high accuracy and attention to detail
• High-volume call support experience, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of 45+ words per minute, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple systems and applications
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple calls, tasks, and systems simultaneously

Workspace Requirements

To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment and technology:

• Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (sorry, no Macs or Chromebooks)
• Willingness to install arenaflex's security software on your computer and mobile device
• Willingness to install AWS on your computer
• Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
• Stable broadband internet connection of 50 MBS or greater
• 8 GB RAM or better, with dual monitors highly recommended
