Experienced Customer Service Associate – Amazon Locker+ Retail Locations

Job Overview

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be working in designated retail locations, helping our customers pick up and return their packages with ease. You'll be the face of arenaflex, connecting with customers, and providing personalized support to ensure their experience is nothing short of exceptional. Our associates go beyond just assisting with customer orders; they build relationships, resolve issues, and make a lasting impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key duties may include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns
• Working through problem-solving scenarios to resolve customer issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
• Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries

Physical Demands and Requirements

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll need to be able to:

• Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

• Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse.
• Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages.
• Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments.
• Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store.
• Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
