Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data entries. You'll work closely with our team to input data into our system, identify and categorize various document types, and review and verify data entries to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality. Your attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential in safeguarding personal health information (PHI) and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately inputting data into our system based on provided documentation

• Identifying and categorizing various document types
• Reviewing and verifying data entries to ensure high standards of accuracy and quality
• Safeguarding personal health information (PHI) with strict adherence to HIPAA regulations
• Collaborating professionally with colleagues as necessary
• Proposing ideas for process enhancements
• Completing assigned tasks punctually and assisting with additional responsibilities as needed

Required Skills

* Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to work efficiently

• Self-motivated with the capacity to maintain focus and manage multiple tasks
• Quick learner adept at following instructions and adapting to changing situations
• Strong capability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English
• Typing skills: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy; 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy

• Ability to uphold confidentiality standards
• Proficient in English language skills
• Experience working in a remote environment (optional but preferred)

Compensation And Benefits

* Hourly wage of $12

• Availability of part-time and full-time positions (full-time preferred; minimum of 20 hours per week)
• Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
