Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This is a full-time, remote position located in the United States, and we're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise and escalating as needed
  • Completing additional projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40-50 WPM or higher

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to type 40-50 WPM or higher

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a data entry or administrative role
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and process serving
  • Experience with quality control and assurance processes
  • Certification in data entry or a related field

Schedule
